KM and Kangatraining

Kangatraining is a multi-award-winning, internationally recognised, postnatal exercise class and is the perfect addition to our Keeping Mum mothers groups.

Our one-of-a-kind KM and Kangatraining combo program includes a babywearing exercise class and mothers group. The first hour focuses on rebuilding strength of the muscles affected by pregnancy, birth and beyond, while the second hour supports forming connections with your fellow mums through our signature Keeping Mum mothers group.

But what exactly is Kangatraining? It’s a low impact workout that involves dance cardio and strengthening exercises like floor work, squats, barre, pelvic floor (and more!). It is specifically designed for you and your baby/toddler to enjoy together.

Our mums work up a sweat while their little one joins in the fun from their happy place – the trusty baby carrier! They absolutely love the sensory experience and are typically rocked to sleep by our smooth moves.
