I'm passionate about supporting parents through the early days and beyond with practical tools, movement, and heartfelt care. I'm excited to bring Keeping Mum Mothers Group to the community – a welcoming space for connection, support, and shared experiences. Can’t wait to meet you and your little one!

I joined Keeping Mum because I know firsthand how important it is to have support around you during the early days of parenthood. As a mum of two, I’ve felt the highs and the challenges – and I understand just how isolating it can sometimes be. I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where parents feel seen, heard, and held.
