My name is Sara and I’m a Mum to a bunch of cheeky kids who constantly keep me on my toes. I live in the beautiful south of Adelaide where I keep myself even more busy by offering Keeping Mum groups, Kangatraining classes and Babywearing consultancy services.

I joined Keeping Mum because I missed out on my own mother’s groups in that early new mum haze. I learned first hand how isolating motherhood can be when you’re doing it alone. Finding a program like Keeping Mum, that supports not just the new Mums but also the 2nd+ time mums & at any stage of their motherhood journey sounded like the most amazing gift to my community.
