I’m looking to add a second Keeping Mum/Kangatraining Double Program to our schedule and currently gaining interest.
I am currently looking for a suitable venue but it will be within the Southern Suburbs. If Friday’s are your day and you’d love to join us, please join the waiting list to be notified first.
This combo program includes an indoor babywearing exercise class and mothers group.
The first half focuses on rebuilding strength of the muscles affected by pregnancy, birth and beyond. This is achieved by combining dance cardio and strengthening exercises like floor work, squats, barre, dancing (and more!).
The second half supports forming connections with your fellow Kanga mums through your one-of-a-kind Keeping Mum mothers group.
Enjoy an interactive session and a complimentary coffee and morning tea with your little one(s).
*You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (12 weeks post Caesarian) to attend Kangatraining classes. Please reach out to discuss your options if you have not met that appropriate timeframe criteria but are still interested in joining our classes when ready.
